Dear Mr. Russo,
I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the outstanding work you did on the Command Center renovation project. As you know, the First District Command Center is the heart of Coast Guard operations from the Canadian border in the north to New Jersey’s Shrewsbury River in the south encompassing thousands of miles of coastline. We coordinate thousands of humanitarian and maritime security missions from this center annually. It was imperative that the Command Center be brought in the 21st century and you were instrumental in making that happen. The skill and professionalism of your contractors and staff were second to none. Once again thank you and congratulations on a job very well done!
Sincerely,
T.S. Sullivan

The best way to communicate our satisfaction with CTS and the work they have completed for us is to say that we will be working with again on all of our remaining projects scheduled at this time. We will continue to work with them on every project that we have that fits within their wheelhouse.

The United States Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine contains complex and unique technical laboratories that support our Armed Forces with, among other things, high altitude and high heat research programs. At a time when our Nation fights in the mountains of Afghanistan and the deserts of Iraq, interrupting our research was not an option. Your flexible, responsive approach to a six million dollar project refurbishing and modernizing fourteen of our laboratories and additional administrative spaces has served us very well, and has fully supported our mission of Science for the Warrior. Particularly important has been the construction expertise brought to bear on the difficult issue of remediating past maintenance efforts which had left us with troublesome reliability issues and potentially damaging environmental risks.
Please accept my thanks and my sincere appreciation of your superb work.
